Safety never takes a holiday banner

Easter, school holidays and the ANZAC Day long weekend are all within a couple of weeks in April this year. With the NSW roads set to be buzzing with travellers, it’s a cracking time to promote road safety.

From 11 to 27 April 2025, our Safety never takes a holiday communications will be in market for Easter, school holidays and the ANZAC Day long weekend.

Encourage every-bunny in your community to take eggs-tra care on the roads with creative assets from our Safety never takes a holiday communications toolkit.

Images, videos, audio and more on topics like driver behaviour, responsible mobile phone use and preparing for a safe road trip are ready for use on your channels.

Last year during the Easter public holiday period from 29 March to 1 April 2024p., 5 people were killed and 104 were injured (35 with serious injuries), compared to 7 people killed and 178 injured (54 with serious injuries) for the previous Easter public holiday period in 2023.
